Why "UDDAN " is a necessity for Education,Corporate & Government Sector??

Dear Readers,

Greetings!!

As a Founder Trustee of "Surya Veena Adarsh Niketan Trust",it has always been my sincere priority to launch such project within the country which not only creates awareness among the masses of varied age group and educational background but should motivate them to participate in the mission of "Shining India" as projected by the Govt. Of India.
One such project with the name "UDDAN" was launched by me in the month of Dec, 2016 from the city of Gorakhpur ,UP(E) which is India's 1st Training and Consulting programme with the mission of "Change Management For All-Change @ your Door Step”. This programme has been meticulously designed keeping in mind the ever high growing underemployment along with unproductively cum profit loss in the country.
This programme has been customized as per the prerequisite of the Education, Corporate and Government Sector which helps them in competency building/development as per their industry challenges by bringing positivity and right mentorship through radical transformation within "People, Process & System".
3 Kinds of distinct programme has been launched as per the age and the understanding level of the participants inorder to bring the real change within the country.

  A. Foundation Programme in Change Management- For Class 6-12
  B. Advance Programme in Change Management- For Class 9-Ph.D level
  C. Regular Programme in Change Management - For All Professionals across all industries

Note:- More than 8500 participants have been benefited through these Change Management programmes in merely 10 months  duration since the date of it's launch in India. It has been observed and reported to me  by the concerned authorities from various organizations that 9%-12% of revenue growth and 5%-10% performance growth in individuals within less than 2 months of conducting this programme at Schools,Colleges,Farm Houses, Corporate Houses and Government Departments have been achieved.
Some of my Training and Motivational clips have been compiled on YouTube for your review as well.
This has been possible because "UDDAN" is a "Simulated & Research Based Training Programme" with a perfect amalgamation of Spiritual ,Management & Technical aspect of radical transformation required across industries.

v   What Do the Industry Experts have to Say??????

  •     “Illustratively, in manufacturing if 11 people were needed to execute a piece of work which generated Rs.1 million worth of industrial GDP a decade ago, today only six are needed. The economy has become less labour absorbent.”
                                    Mr.D.K.Joshi (Chief Economist-Crisil)
  •       “India’s 7.5% growth is based on the gross value added methodology, which is being debated and the growth could be closer to 5%.”
                                             Mr.Ajit Ranade(Chief Economic Advisor-Aditya Birla Group)
  •      “Whatever growth there is does not seem to be translating into jobs. Either the growth is in sectors that are not employment intensive or overall growth is overstated. Moreover this growth is capital intensive, not labour intensive.”
                                                 Mr.D.K.Srivastava (Policy Advisor-E&Y)
  •      “New Job creation is poor because the investment cycle has not kickstarted. We are in slow economy and the global slowdown is not helping.”
Mr.Ajit Gulabchand (Chairman-$650million Hindustan Construction Company)
  •      “In the Infrastructure and Manufacturing Sector getting good talent at the leadership level, especially to handle profit and loss responsibilities with requisite commercial skills are not an easy task. What the country requires, he says is youth oriented to work on the shop floor .The ’Dignity of Labour’ remains an exotic concept in India Shuffling papers is seen as more dignified as compared to holding a torque wrench.”
                                    Mr.Yogi Shriram-VP-Corporate HR(L&T)
  •      “Economist and policy makers seems to underestimate the contribution of the informal sector in creating employment.”
                                   Mr.R.C.Bhargava- Chairman Maruti Suzuki
  •      “There is a movement of rise of Gig Economy in India, one in which people will work on a skill and need based basis, doing two or more jobs in a year.HR Consultants anticipate a digital divide in the country where the digital economy will demand very different skills, though some real economy vocations such as plumbing or carpentry will survive.
                            Mr.Pankaj Bansal-Cofounder & CEO( Peoplestrong-HR Consultancy firm)
  •      According to an estimate, 25 crore middle class youth will be left unemployed by 2025.
Mr. Mohandas Pai (Chairman-Manipal Global Education)

v The Current Changing Trends in India

·       The traditional IT Sector is experiencing big change that will impact job profiles and opportunities. Automation, self service portals, cost sharing are all dampeners on job creation in the ITES segment.
·     “Customers” are seeking more productivity and value addition. While this will require higher level of skill, it will not result in higher level of job opportunities.
·     The model of companies going to “Engineering & MBA” colleges to recruit staffs is changing.
·     In certain instance, the advent of new technology will require more specialized skill sets.
·     The other interesting trend is the shift of ITES jobs to Tier-2,Tier 3 cities and rural areas, a trend that may owe to simple cost effectiveness, but which will require higher emphasis on interpersonal and communication skills.
·     India is losing out to countries like the “Philippines & Malaysia” which have staff trained in non voice analytics and accounting works.
·     The new economy which is more digital and technology driven and is slowly but definitely changing how we live from technological interventions in rural areas(the JAM trinity of The Jan Dhan Yojna, Aadhar and mobile connectivity for target subsidies) to buying groceries online.
·     The government on its part seems to have grasped this change:- new thrust areas such as “Digital India”,” Skill India”, “Start Up India”,” Make In India”-all focus on creating an ecosystem that will generate jobs.
·     Job Profiles too will change .Mechanical Engineers who can build robots will be in demand. Digitization is the demand.------Mr. Ramadorai(Chairman-National Skill Development Council)

Hence, I would like to understand your challenge whether be it in  HR, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance,        Behavioural , Strategic  or Psychological front and eventually  help you out with the right counselling /consulting  services.

"UDDAN" is a step towards improvisation and a saga to be shared across the globe in terms of "People, Process and System".
