ABSTRACT

With my long experience of nearly three and half years in the area of food processing and food technology, oil chemistry and waste energy, I am extremely proud that we are addressing this it is vital that we need to address this issue of Rice Bran Oil, Which is so important to india and other developing countries. It is vital that we need to address the technology Management as well as the management entire system in the sustainable field, since in many countries we have a mixed of industries who are already in the business with traditional infrastructure build up,in addition to new industries which are coming up with the state of theart. Therefore it is a challenging job to address technology management technologies, human resource training and retaining for wealth creation, Economy and employment empowerment for giving the power to producer and the primary processor with ultimately delivering the cost effective product to the consumer in the competitive field of edible oil. Rice bran oil is one such futuristic investment area for commerce to industries and Health to the Consumers.

   Introduction

Rice is primary food source for more than half of the world's population. Rice is grown in all the countries of the world, except Antarctica. Approximately two billion household in Asia, Africa and the America depends on the rice system as main source of nourishment,employment and income Health Aspects and Golden ingredients of Rice Bran Health expects of rice bran oil  contains MUFA-PUFA ratio close to the AHA recommendation as Rice Bran oil is some unique ingredients like oryazonal,tocotrirnols and Squalence in the addition to tocopherol and this includes ingredients to reduce Heart disease,Cancer,skin problems and enhancer immunity power and reduced triglycerides’ personally  claimed Rice Bran oil is good for health perspective due to cause of Oryazonal Reduced lots of problem given below

  1-Anti-Carcinogenic Property

  2-Anti- itching effect

  3-Anti- Dandruff effect

   4-Gentical Disorder beneficial.

Oryazonal

   Crude rice bran oil contain about 1•5% or more gamma- Oryazonal, a group of ferulate ester of triestrpene alchols and phytosterols.The high antooxidant property  has benifical for mainly coronary Heart disease patients reduced Triglycerides even chronic Cancer patients Antioxidants Antoidants are substances which attach "free radicals" or molecule dangerous to the body's and health and which contribute to degenerative disease associate with aging. Superabundance of promote optimum health and logevity.Rice Bran is powerful contain itself powerful Antioxidants like wise Gamma oryazonal,Tocotrienols,Tocopherols,and Sauslence.The Indian Heart Association and American recommends use of oils having an equal proportion of Saturated,Monosaturated and Polyunsaturated fats. The world health Organization( WHO) recommends Poly-Unsaturated fatty Acids (PUFA)Saturated fatty Acids (SFA) ratio of 0.8 to 1.0 and linoleic acid (Omega-6)alpha linolenic acid (Omega-3)ratio of 5-10 in diet as well as it must have ratio in RBO of Saturated/Monosaturate/Poly-Unsaturated as 1:1▪5:1and ratio of omega

-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids.

According to my analysis found, A further noteworthy point in this recommendation is that intake of polyunsaturated fat should  be accompanied by Vitamin E,Vitamin C or Carotene Consumption to help prevent Lipid Per oxidation beside beneficially influencing the lipid profile,Oryazonal is also know to have anti-itching,anti-dandruff, and Anti-ageing Properties. it is effective in treating a broad range of Gastrointestinal Tract including cancer and stress problem which is associated with Mental weakness.Tocotrienols which is found only in Rice bran which is reducing Cholesterol and powerful antioxidants are also known to have Anti-thombotic,Anti Cancer and Anti-Ageing compared to other oils RBO contains of Squalence which is reported to be a quencher of Singlet oxygen and free radicals Scavenger and it has been maintain the texture of Skin.it is well known for its wrinkle properties as i did all research work under Dr Deepak kumar Bhattacharya Ex professor Raja Bazar Science college who guided my work on RBO in miracle oils for all diseases.
