                                 Alas!! The day never arrives till you are behind the HR to remind him/her about your proposal and if he /she has got a chance to discuss internally.HR has the moral duty to introduce any relevant proposal to the right person or department for a brainstorming or even if it is getting delayed internally should atleast revert through a courtsey e-mail to the interested party with a delay timeline inorder to avoid the unnecessary distrust among the parties involved.
  •   " I am extremly Busy and have no time to talk to you now...Can you call be later......(Bangged the phone)"
                          Every individual is a busy entity and the HR happens to share one major portion of the entire frame but he/she shouldnot forget that the other party who has invested a penny to call him/her  with an agenda should be handled with a professional approach by attending him in a polite tone with a tentative time when you are most likely to attend  his call with patience.You never know who can be more important to you and your organisation in the future than your present task assigned.


2) Sales Strategies  like " If you buy any of our products than % of it will go to the social cause" .

 Let me tell you that if you play with the emotions of the target customers once or twice with a promise of helping others than after sometimes they will realize your sales strategies of luring them for being Human through more sales of their product.
 If you want to be a part of CSR activity than donate the percentage of your profit/income for the same rather asking the customer to increase your sales in the name of social cause.

3) Business Communication  plays an important role in any industry and is the survival weapon for the Financial industry.

 FOr Eg :- A survey shows the growing dissatisfaction within the customers from the Credit Card companies due to harrasing approach in recovery process,wrong generated bills, Credit Card Frauds being not attended timely  and in right approach by the customer care(no Complain number given over the phone),Deactivation of the Card without any prior notice to the existing customer in the name of internal business process which cannot be disclosed to the customer etc.
